Upload Customer/Vehicle File

  1. Download or export your customer/vehicle data from your Shop Management System.

  2. Download the data template file and copy the customer/vehicle data into the data template file. Make sure data template file headings don't change.

  3. Save the data template file in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format.

  4. Click the Browse button and select the CSV file.


  5. Click the Upload button to import your file into the Turnwrench Customer Connect tool.
